After the first class, my son declared as we walked out, ‘this place is better than Lego! The STEM Coding course introduces students to the exciting connection between coding and applied mathematics. This term, our young artists will embark on an imaginative journey into Surrealism and Dreamscapes, exploring the wild, dream-like worlds of some of the most iconic artists in history. Surrealism invites children and teenagers to break free from reality and create impossible scenes—think melting clocks, floating elephants, and raining bowler-hat men—that spark wonder and self-expression. At Atelier 22, our students work in a brand new studio space, steps away from beautiful Greenhills Beach. We encourage creativity through our Sydney kids art classes, art themed birthday parties, school holiday and adult workshops and events. Let’s create a Hand-built  Ceramic Charcuterie grazing board or a Chip N Dip Platter from Clay. This 3-hour session is guided in a stepped process and is all about relaxation and artistic expression. With all materials provided, clay cutters, firing and glazing, underglaze paints if needed. With life getting busy and changing weekly, we offer flexability for booking your weekly art classes. The Willoughby Arts Centre (WAC) is an independent not-for-profit art centre and workshop facility. Birthday parties are the exception however we request only the birthday person's parents to be present. Intro to Java coding course is ideal for Y5 – Y11 students with no prior coding experience. Highly recommended to those kids who enjoy digital art and video games. By the end of the course, students will have developed a strong foundation in algorithmic design, debugging, and logical reasoning, along with the confidence to tackle more complex coding challenges. Artnest welcomes people of all ages and levels of experience. Each student will have their own easel to work on, including canvases all art materials.
