I felt confident enrolling my toddler here after touring more than 5 to 6 schools in Oakville. We’re really glad we chose CEFA to begin her learning journey and are very grateful to the amazing teachers and staff for taking such wonderful care of her. All of the teachers and support staff exude patience, kindness, and expertise in ECE. My kids were excited to go, and I was excited to see what they learned through frequent updates in the app and at the end of the day! Their program is structured, and their attention to detail has been amazing.
Some days ago he told mummy that he went to big boy school where no mummies were allowed because big boys did not need their mummies to help them do many things. She was excited to go to class each morning and early learning centre greensborough attend all the special event days! Some favourite memories for her are weekly yoga, Little Chefs sessions, and the annual Christmas concert. It was great for the parents to be able to receive updates from their app. This created moments with our daughter where we could discuss how her day went (good/bad/otherwise). He rarely gets sick, and I know the school has strict hygiene management.
As they progress to the Toddler’s room, we begin to blend this with a more general routine that follows regular mealtimes and sleep patterns. Kindergarten children have the most structured routine, which encourages self-service and independent feeding. Every day, safety is at the heart of everything we do, with vigilant supervision, ongoing training and thoughtfully designed spaces.
The principal is also very approachable and warm, always creating a welcoming atmosphere for both parents and children. The administration team, including Ms Grace and Ms Roop, is fabulous — very friendly and extremely approachable. The staff puts a lot of effort into making the experience fun and diverse for the children and parents, and celebrate a lot of fun days with decorations and events. I would also like to recognize the staff for their warmth, professionalism, and dedication.
Educators promote self-help skills, expanded vocabulary, problem-solving, and emotional regulation through imaginative play, sensory activities, and physical movement. The FinlandWay® curriculum guides this development, ensuring each child is supported as they strengthen their social, cognitive, and physical foundations. This is also where our in-house programs begin, including sports, sustainability, and yoga for emotional regulation, providing a well-rounded approach to learning and wellbeing. The FinlandWay® curriculum supports toddlers in building resilience, creativity, and self-expression. We are proud to support a strong local community of families who value both the quality of education and the genuine care their children receive. A calm, structured environment, consistent educators who build real relationships and a welcoming community that children and families quickly become part of.
Her happiness is evident, and we've seen significant improvements in her behavior and language skills. I also appreciate that OAC shares daily updates with photos and stories, allowing parents to easily stay informed about their child’s activities. Our son has attended OAC Balwyn North for the last couple of years since he was 9 months old, and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff are lovely and seem to genuinely care that the children are looked after. We can drop our son off feeling confident that he will be looked after and have an enriching time - we would highly recommend OAC Balwyn North as a great child care for any family.
Her teachers, Ms. Temi and Ms. Keshita, are exceptional and always delighted to see each student. Communication with the teachers and administrative staff is always open and receptive (in person and by email). A special thank you to Ms. Jasmin and Ms. Karina for their kindness, affection, and willingness to talk. Please maintain this level of service, and thank you for hiring passionate teachers within the campus.

Childcare spots in Macleod are available with moderate wait times of 3-6 months. Long daycare costs approximately $100/day before the government subsidy (Child Care Subsidy covers 50-90% depending on household income). Private school options include established colleges accessible by train/tram. Most families in Macleod choose based on the specific child rather than defaulting to private. Local childcare providers who provide transportation to and from McLeod School are listed below. Louise started in early childhood education in 1990 and grew up aspiring to work with children from a very young age, it was like it was her destiny to follow this path.
I am passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives and supporting educators to reach their full potential. I believe strong, trusting relationships are the foundation of quality education, which is why Aspire’s value of Building Trust resonates the most with me. I love how Aspire truly values every relationship – whether it’s with educators, children, or families. At KingKids Childcare and Early Learning Centre Clyde North, we offer more than just care, we provide a warm, inclusive, and culturally responsive early learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. My twins attend the Balwyn North Campus 4 days a week and have settled so quickly with the Educators in their room. The Educators take time to build strong relationships with children, understand their wants, needs and interests and communicate so efficiently with parents.
That’s why we developed our exclusive evidence-based learning journey from birth to age five that helps children and families navigate through developmental stages from birth to school. Our learning framework gives families a clear picture of how we nurture learning and development, stage by stage. It’s our promise to walk beside families and support every child’s unique journey with confidence, curiosity and care. We will develop each child’s sense of “Being, Belonging and Becoming” ensuring that we cover the five learning outcomes of The Early Years Learning Framework.
The government Child Care Subsidy (CCS) aims to make early learning more affordable for eligible families. How much subsidy your family is entitled to will depend on how much ‘work related’ activity you and your partner undertake each fortnight. With this national accreditation and over 30 years’ service to Roanoke Valley families, HoneyTree Early Learning Centers provide high quality care for children from 6 weeks of age to 12 years. Amy’s strengths lie in her focus on continuous improvement, upholding children’s dignity and rights and maintaining a safe, sustainable and high-quality learning space.
The Child Care Subsidy can reduce your daily out-of-pocket fee by up to 95% depending on your family’s entitlements.
